We are delighted to introduce Mélanie Rolion, our new Project Director at Source.paris!

With an engineering background, she turned to design to combine methodological rigor and creativity. Her experience in branding and audiovisual production has allowed her to develop a cross-cutting approach to project management.
This position creation marks a key milestone for us and our clients.
In our large-scale strategic missions, Mélanie forms a duo with our Lead Designers.

From her first months, Mélanie was able to lay the foundations for clear and effective project management:
"My goal is to bring clarity and methodology in the service of creativity. Each project has its specificities, I identify what can be optimized while maintaining a tailor-made approach."
Mélanie also directed the production of our very first showreel!
